No. The QR code opens your menu in the phone's own browser. Every phone camera reads QR codes, so a customer scans the card and the menu is open in a second or two.
The menu is built to load in under two seconds on 3G and uses very little data: a full menu with photos is smaller than one WhatsApp picture. If your business has Wi-Fi, put the password on the table card and customers never use their own data at all.
From your phone or any computer. Open the item, change the price and save. The menu is live immediately on every table, and nothing is reprinted. You can also mark a dish sold out with one tap and switch it back on when it is available again.
